Creating Opportunities Through Meaningful Partnerships

Buckeye partnered with the Thurgood Marshall School of Law (“TMSL”) at Texas Southern University (“TSU”) to launch its inaugural summer internship program in the Buckeye legal department.  TSU is one of the nation’s largest and most distinguished historically Black colleges and universities.

This opportunity was offered to a rising third year law student, Arianna Bivins, with the goal of providing hands-on legal experience, meaningful mentorship, and unique exposure to an in-house legal department in the midstream infrastructure and logistics industry.  Arianna joined the legal department for her twelve-week internship program on June 16th, 2025.

This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to shaping a dynamic workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate. We are excited to support the next generation of legal talent and to continue to build pathways that empower future leaders, and we are looking forward to the success of the legal internship program with TMSL for years to come.
