Our Partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

In 2025, our inaugural Buckeye Partners Charity Classic for St. Jude raised over $1.7 million to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food – so they can focus on helping their child live.

The two-day event marked the beginning of a direct partnership with St. Jude and brought together more than 200 guests for a Wednesday evening reception and 130 golfers for Thursday’s golf tournament. Highlights included an inspiring story from St. Jude patient, Rory, who shared her courageous journey battling cancer. Attendees also heard remarks from Joe Sauger, Buckeye’s Chief Operating Officer; Robert Harris, Buckeye’s Senior Vice President of Operations; and Lyles Eddins, Senior Vice President of ALSAC. The event featured patient art, photos and videos, and an inspirational St. Jude Mission Moment, along with both live and silent auctions.

In addition to the generous support of its sponsors and donors, Buckeye’s own employees embarked on a month-long internal fundraising campaign that raised nearly $100,000 for the event.

This was an incredible inaugural year working directly with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Buckeye is deeply grateful to their Presenting Sponsors, Consolidated and F&T Industrial Services, as well as the over 70 other companies who generously sponsored and attended the event.

At Buckeye, charitable giving isn’t just a responsibility; it’s a core part of who we are. It reflects our values, strengthens our communities, and reminds us that real impact happens when we come together with purpose. That’s why supporting St. Jude means so much to us. Their mission to advance cures and prevent pediatric diseases through groundbreaking research and compassionate care, without ever billing families, deeply aligns with our commitment to uplifting the communities where we live and work and investing in a better future.
