In 2024, for the second consecutive year, Buckeye was recognized by the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) for our safety performance during ILTA’s annual conference. ILTA’s safety awards recognize terminal operating member companies for outstanding safety performance. For two consecutive years, we maintained an employee Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.05, exceeding our internal target and significantly outperforming the industry average of 1.4. To receive the ILTA Safety Excellence Award, companies are required to score in the top two quartiles for both the leading indicator survey and the lagging indicator survey (OSHA TRIR data).
