A pipeline right-of-way is a section of land over and around a pipeline where some of the property owner's legal rights have been sold to a pipeline company. Pipeline right-of-ways are regularly inspected, and must always be kept free of structures and other physical obstructions.

Do not plant trees, or large shrubs near the right-of-way. Never dig or operate equipment on or near the right-of-way or place anything on the right-of-way without first consulting with Buckeye.
