As noted in Buckeye's Business Code of Conduct, integrity is the most important component of our business success.  Buckeye strives to build upon our distinction of accountability and honesty by consistently recognizing and valuing ethical conduct.

You may report any suspected violations of the Business Code of Conduct or unethical behavior related to Buckeye’s business by calling our 24-hour confidential Compliance Hotline at (877) 774-9673 (from the U.S. and Puerto Rico) or (800) 501-6379 (from The Bahamas).  You may also report suspected violations via Buckeye’s Compliance Hotline website at http://buckeye.compliance-hotline.com.

The Compliance Hotline is managed by a third-party and you may choose to anonymously disclose your concerns.  Anyone can report a concern through the Compliance Hotline including Buckeye employees, customers, vendors, or members of the general public.  Individuals who report violations or suspected violations in good faith will not be subject to retaliation of any kind.

Buckeye employees are encouraged to direct questions or report suspected violations of our Business Code of Conduct to a supervisor or other management personnel.  If the employee believes that his or her concerns have not been addressed satisfactorily, or if they are uncomfortable discussing his or her concerns with a supervisor, they should then contact the Compliance Hotline.
